In New Leaf, asking Isabelle for advice on living in the town grants sub-quests the player can do. But I am asking that those of you who do have the energy to take some time to invite people to ask you questions. She will repeat advice several times, even if finished. Group entries enter the highest eligible division based upon whoever in your group has the most Major Awards (ie: if someone in your group has 3 Major Awards, then the group will compete in Journeyman).
