She can be found standing at the front desk inside the Town Hall. If the player is the mayor, cosplay halloween costumes she will be able to assist them with enacting Town Ordinances and building Public Works Projects if the player sits on the mayor’s seat in the back of the Town Hall. Isabelle also replaces Tortimer’s role in organizing most town events. She also allows the player to change the town tune or flag, and can be notified about unpleasant villagers.
